Hi All

Unfortunately I have been in bed ill for about a week – that has not gone well. I will I think see a GP tomorrow and hope that I can get fixed ASAP. Time to get stuff done – but being honest work has not been at the top of the list.

I have a bit of help for a day or two so the plan is to catch up on the physical work and then deal with the stock take outside. After that I plan on completing various research and development projects (update on that to come – its not been an entire loss).

Sorry about this – its not ideal for me or anyone.
