Order Processing

Hi All

Due to the Covid 19 pandemic and its dramatic effect on couriers, we are intentionally only doing ONE shipping per week at this time. This permits us to build up to a larger number of client’s stock departing at the same time.

For those of you who may wish to know, we also have an inhouse system to handle orders. Once you have paid for your products it will show on my system as processing. When I collate orders for shipping, I move this to “On Hold” (which also applies to ANY order with pre-sale/pre-order items within it enabling me to look rapidly through pre-orders when we release new games).

The move to Oh Hold locks your stock and it will be picked prior to shipping. Any further preparation (internal printing etc) will then be undertaken. Once the entirety of an order is shipped (including any Pre-Orders/Pre-Sales) I move it to “Completed”. Hopefully this post will clarify any queries you may have re shipping.
